Since a recent update this app doesn t work while I m using my xfinity wifi If I try to open the app using wifi it takes me to the sign in page every time and then opens a browser page that never loads When I turn my wifi off and use my phone data the app works fine And my wifi works perfectly well with every other app including watching 1080p content on YouTube It just seems to be this app I love the customizations that this app allows but not being able to use it on Wi Fi is huge         Zachary Alford

Why is it asking me to sign in every 2 days now Camera is always buffering and doesn t update I have to close the app in order to get back in because it ll just continue spinning The damn tablet logs off by itself Worst security system ever For all the money I ve been forced to pay to Xfinity comcast satan I expect the service to be 100 I hate this company and I hope they go under so they can stop monopolizing the industry         Livvie Si

Ive never felt so safe this app lets you lnow when your away or at home when your doors or windows are open and how long it keeps you up to date on ypur alarm your home your billing and lets you manage everything right here its so easy your 5 year old can use it I hope that you give this app and xfinity service a try you wont regret it for a second go ahead download and start youll see why im so excited to spread the word about this service                     Janice Meeks

Almost every month the app signs me out and when I sign back in the camera and security wont give me access Just an overview screen that I can t do anything from Someone needs to contact me about how to fix it before I change services The security of my home and my family is very important to me especially when I m away             J S

I cannot consistently and reliably open the app and turn on or off the system quickly Usually I either have to log in again watch it buffer a long while close and reopen the app a couple times because it got stuck buffering Are other security system apps the same         Tara Martin

What happened This app used to be great Now I can t alarm or disable my house with the app all it does is have the 4 dancing dots If my phone doesn t work then my husbands might It logs me out all the time If I could cancel this and go with a different company I would Can we please get a new update One that works     Penelope C

Have been having issues with a camera that goes offline for hours at a time When I called they had me delete the camera and told me I wouldn t be able to add it back on my touchscreen I could only add it back from this app Great I had my app open and ready Then after failing to get to screen the lady on the phone wanted she put me on hold then proceeded to tell me my phone Google Pixel 3XL must be too new and I wouldn t be able to add the camera from my app ton my phone Seriously     Kimberly Grady

The tour screen frequently pops up unnecessarily when I am clicking to look at the cameras to see the condition of my home which wastes precious time by making me sign in when I could be looking in on my home The front room and the kitchen cameras frequently goes black on me when I away from home which doesn t leave me confident that my home or I am as secure as I could be which could be unsafe for my family myself and my property             Johnie Jones

The Home App is a major fail I ve only had the system for two months but much of the time I cannot get connected I spend way too much time struggling with it and even driving to the Comcast store to try to get it corrected so I m in the market for something else that actually works when I need it to Sorry Comcast It s 4 No s from me         Woody Wood

I ve had the app for a little less than a month and I fell almost instantly in love with it I have little kids at home and knowing what s on the other side of the door with my camera as well as being alerted when the kids or anyone opens the door amd being able to arm disarm my house from my phone is great when we re out and I forget to arm it or need to disarm it as we re almost home                     Jessica Boudreau

i getting this message Status Unavailable Your touchscreen has lost power What I did the troubleshooting recommended check that unit is plugged in and check in plugged into power source I m using app on my cell phone none of the suggestions are as applicable it has to be on your end Can you help     Cozzie Jones

I love the app and they system I like how I can bypass the window sensors when I leave the window open when the air conditioner is in the window or just to leave a window open to let the breeze in while not home finally figured out how to disable the notification anytime a door is remained open for more than 5 minutes                 Devin Graves

Great app Works like a charm Late late last night I had to go outside so I disabled the alarm at the panel and locked the door I came back in thru the back door and went to straight to my bedroom I enabled the alarm thru the phone app No problem                     A. Green

Xfinity has really great products that are made even better with easy to use and helpful apps like this one The Xfinity Home app makes it easy to monitor cameras set alarms create rules etc it also integrates with products like door locks lights and garage door openers Very helpful for security                     Matthew Bachteler

I didn t think any other security company could ever compare to ADT Wow was I wrong This company is on top of their game 24 7 anytime my alarm mistakenly went off I got a text and a call immediatly So if they are quick with my mistaken alarms then I know I can count on them to watch over my family should there be a real emergency They are worth the money                     Myrium Silvazquez

refuses to connect to camera live feeds while on 4g lte on tmobile also why does Xfi allow me to control my sengled lights through its hub app but the xfinity home app does not i dont want to use the xfinity hub because it doesnt allow me tl use google home to control my lights like phillips and LIfx id like to be able to link my lights through an account with the sengled hub instead of pairing the lights to the xfinity hub thank you you will get 5 stars once you update this     Giovanni Cruz

ive owned thier camera for almost 3 weeks now its given me a whole 2 days if that without issues This system has been a nightmare ive called you guys over a dozen times and have had technicians out to my home 4 times in less than 30 days If anything happens to my family between now and me getting ADT out to replace you guys services you will hear from my attorneys this is absolutely RIDICULOUS Dont waist your time or money clearly this service was not ready to be sold or marketed     J Nicolas
